For the past 30 years or more I've been taking my pets to Hagan. I started going to Hagan's when Tom Hagan was still working. He was a very good vet.. and compassionate. I recall when he came to my home to put my Bernese Mt. dog down. He was suffering from hip displasia. Frank has seen several of our dogs over the years. With regret I only saw Andrew a few times. I was impressed that I saw a lot of his Grandfathers qualities. It upsets me that I had to take my best friend for over 11 years, my chocolate lab "Cola" to some stranger to be put to sleep for her hips as well. I was upset with the office staff over a matter. I voiced my opinion, and found out that Franks wife refused service to me for telling her my opinion. It's a shame the office staff lacks the professionalism the vets have.
