They get an ""eh"" rating for a couple of reasons....They say the computer will be on the repair desk within 48hours and they will get back with you. I had to make several calls to finally get the problem diagnosed. They did not even start to work on it until about 60hours into it...not within the 48 promised.
After the problem was diagnosed I told by one person they needed to order a part. I took the computer home while they waited for the part, they called back the same afternoon to say they actually had the part in stock, and they agreed to hold it until I could get back the next day and drop off the machine. When I arrived the next day they said the part had already been sold even though they said they knew I was coming, so they had to order another and it should be several days before they can get the part in and system fixed.
I have dealt with several computer repair shops in different cities, they are not that good and would def try somewhere else before going back unless you have several weeks to wait.
