Did you hear? Wells Fargo was fined a record $85 million dollars today for its predatory lending practices. And tonight I got a call from one of their predatory lenders. Will they ever stop?!?! In this case the scumbag was trying to sell me a refinancing package--because I have stopped paying my mortgage. Well I'm not buying it. I'm getting a modification or I'm not paying at all.
