I purchased a groupon for this salon and was very dissatisfied with everything from the customer service to the cleanliness. I wasn't able to relax during my facial, as the room was surrounded by laughing and yelling and the esthetician's phone was vibrating throughout. The towels used were dirty from makeup and hair and the whole experience felt unhygienic.\r
My Groupon was for $60 and my facial came to $50. The one nail tech who had agreed to do to the pedicures with the Groupon wasn't available and I was forced to ferfeit the remaining $10.\r
At the end of the day, a rude staff, dirty environment and a so-so service.
