Attorney was retained for a divorce that had just been filed by the mother in Kansas. The attorney discussed what my answer would be with me, but did not understand what I requested to include in the answer. He included additional paragraphs about the UCCJEA that he should have understood I did not want included. Of course he charged me for his mistake. \r
