Three years ago I suffered from a diverticulitis attack that landed me in the hospital for nine days. The doctor recommended surgery, but I chose a different option. I contacted Dr. Holly Hollister and explained the situation. She recommended a nutritional routine that I have followed ever since I left the hospital.
