We have been trying since November, 2010 to have a cameo placed on my mother-in-law's grave site. I was told this procedure normally takes about 12 weeks--it's been 10 months and we're still getting this flimsy excuses and false promises. The first person we dealt with left the company and no one could find the paper work, the second time they lost the picture, this last time they ordered the wrong cameo. This is not an unusual request, it's done daily so why is it taking so long???? Either they have incompetent employees or they just do give a damn---in this case I think it's BOTH. My wife is so disgusted with Rolling Hills, she said she would rather be cremated and fed to the pigeons then have them deal with her remains.
