I needed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in order to keep my business. Others I went to told me I only qualified for a Chapter 7 which was not correct. I suggest you research your issues fully to determine your actual needs. Find out if the office files Chapter 13's and how many they file and get confirmed. Good luck!
