I wish I could have had a positive experience, however, when I went outside I noticed that my hose that has plant food attached was missing and my hose container that automatically retracts was broken and my flower bed was walked upon by the Stanley Steemer guy who was using my outside faucet for their water access. I immediately called the 800 number and the call center said that the manager would contact me. The carpets were done on Friday afternoon and this is Sunday morning and I am still waiting for a call. I told the staff member at the call center I was going to stop the check, but I did not because he was empathetic that they would take me to collections. Also, one of my chairs now has a loose foot where they moved it. My suggestion is that you check not only your carpets, but the furniture and outside area. I am frustrated because this is not what I expected.I used them before and did not have this result. One of the guys said that the previous owner sold the business and the new owners are not as hands on. I say let the customer beware. more
