I complained to Sharp Honda about the sales tactics of one of their salesmen who made misleading statements and was excessively pushy. They apologized and offered to work with me on obtaining a a more satisfactory deal. My impression still remains that they begin their negotiations at a higher rate than most so you need to be very careful. \r
I am hoping that if I need to deal with their service department, that the experience will be much better than the sales process.
