I tried their water testing service once and will not use it again. It took them four water tests and had me buying over $250. In chemicals before my pool was clear again. Prior to then and since then it has never taken that long or cost that much money on chemicals to get my pool clear. \r

I will not buy chemical in their Spring store ever again, poor customer server. When I went in to by chemicals, a young sales clerk argued with me that I did not know what chemicals I needed unless I brought my water in for them to test it. I had to get to the point by asking the sales clerk,
