I HAVE NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE. I had been in a really bad head on car accident when I first returned to Luna. I had numerous back injuries, a surgically repaired wrist and a numb left side!!! I think I may have even cried the first day I meet with Alex. I was afraid I would never be the same. I hurt and I was depressed. Alex and her wonderful Pilates reformer have given me back a sense of confidence. And I can move!!! She challenges me -- all the time reassuring me that I can do it and I she will not allow me to hurt myself. I am back up to the Pilates reformer once and week and walking 2 or 3 times a week. I feel SO MUCH BETTER!!! And it shows everywhere in my life. I just love this place!!! Everyone is genuinely interested in your well being and health. AND IT IS ALL GIRLS!!! WE ARE NOT THERE TO IMPRESS ANYONE!! I would like to thank each and everyone of the staff. They always make you feel welcome, cared for and important.
