You get what you pay for? 7/21/2011

I've went to the Extreme Collision place thinking this place might fix up my car right. The staff was good.. making you feel great and feels like your in good hands. The price is ridiculously high.. My thought was I might as well pay it as long as my car turns out really well. My car was suppose to get done in 4 days. I've received my car back 2 weeks after!! Through the process I got so irritated of promises that can't be kept. In the end when I picked up my car... my car did not even ran right!! I'm thinking are you serious!! I asked them nicely of what was wrong with it. And they say they don't even know. It seems like they just want me the hell out of their shop (after I paid them). My car would not have ran rich (burning a lot of gas) for no reason. My car had not had any problems at all prior to dropping off my car. I then took it to my mechanic and it sat there for 2 weeks figuring out the problem and that costed me well over $1,000 to diagnose and trial and error to fix the problems. Overall, Extreme Collision is the last place I'm ever taking my car to get things done. The outcome of my car was the biggest regret I could have done... the bad quality and no attention details was ridiculous! I'm sure theres others that might have a good experience but this one probably my worst experience and waste of money! more
