This is a horrible company with terrible products. We purchased one of their water softeners back in december 2010 and 2 weeks ago it ruptured and it completely flooded my garage. There is damaged to multiple things we had stored in the garage and there is damage to the ajoing room. Now they completely refuse to take responsibility for the piece of garbage that they sold us and all the damaged that it has caused. They are also trying to charge us to remove it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.\r
