Got a couple pair of glasses right, thinking going to take a couple of hours or a day or so like everywhere else, nope. They wait until after paying them with a no refund policy to say the glasses are going to take about ten days or so!
The lenses were sloppily fit into the very expensive frames with grinding tool marks on the lenses. They use the cheapest lenses that they can to save on cost, they are thick and hurt your eyes, both pairs of glasses gave me migraines and I couldn't wear glasses at all after that for years, every pair of glasses would give me a migraine after wearing their glasses! Expecting some sympathy for the pain caused when I brought the glasses back the sales person who is part owner became offend at my return, he was rude, agitated, and pointed his finger angrily at my face. He only took one pair back for a store credit (like I would want to go back to that store, yeah right!), the other I needed to see to drive, I had someone else return that pair for me and they refused to take them. Nothing was wrong with them except they gave me migraines and were sloppily put together. The part owner had said he had made them himself, perhaps that was why he was so offended. He had no right to be angry with a customer that was hurt by his product for returning it and whom expected at least a respectable level of craftsmanship from a significantly expensive purchase. Cohen's? No thanks, let them wear their own glasses, the only way I'm going to shop at that store again is when it is something else owned by sweet people with sweet people working there.
