Whatever you do, do NOT move to Parc Central East. It is infested with cockroaches, filth and nasty people. Staff is an absolute, abhorrent waste. It says it is dog friendly but dog owners have absolutely no rights and are prohibited from using the elevators and must use a service elevator that is, well, never in service because it is always being used by the lucky folk getting the hell out of here. Deliveries are almost impossible as there is always some reason why you are unable to receive them. Our water was shut off for an entire weekend due to a leak and we were only informed of this when a security guard called our apartment at 2 a.m. to tell us . No one was able to help at all. Not even when the waste of office staff were back on Monday. Continental should be shut down or change its name to Mismanagement Company. To only have valet parking gives an impression of a luxury building. This is the antithesis of luxury. Do not ever have guests over unless they don't mind submitting to DNA tests to get into the building With all the high security you'd again think you were dealing with luxury, but quite the opposite. I think in the six months we've lived here, police and crime scene units have visited the building at least once a week, if not more. Thank goodness we were only stuck here temporarily and less than a year because if it was more than that, I'd have moved into the street before living in this hideous building Save your money and go anywhere but here. And the only reason there is even one star here is because this site wouldn't let me publish the review without giving it a star. If there was a rating for negative a million stars, that's what it deserves.
