When I have a pet, I like to use the same vet so they get to know my animals. But I had to change from this vet. The vet was so rude everytime I went in. She must not read the file before our visits. One example...my dog was do for her distemper shot. I told the vet I didn't want the distemper shot, because the last time she had it she had an allergic reaction. The vet snapped at me about calling them and letting them know. I told her I did. She sent the vet tech out to check the computer. The tech came back in and told her there was a record of my call. Similar things happened EVERY visit.
