Hey, come on people, you get what you pay for with housing right? Lets face it, it's way cheaper in the long run than living in a dorm and you have your own room with a lock on it and only have to share a bathroom with one other person at the most. No, it's not the Hilton or Angliana apts (at over 550$ a month) but it's what you make of it, never saw any bugs and noone is busting your butt for having a frosty beverage on the balcony. Pool is very clean and we NEVER had any issues with the office staff. Every concern was addressed quicky and they were more than courteous. The carpets have to be professionaly steam cleaned upon moving out and the kitchen was average, although very dated. Lets face it, for the location and the price, its really just fine
