I am a very disatisfied customer. I took my Stihl trimmer there for a minor fix, it was returned with a trimmer head that was not mine and did not work. This was not even why I took it in. I have been taking my equipment there for years and will not go back. They were very rude and said it is not their problem. I had to take it to another authorized dealer and the part has to be replaced at my cost. There was nothing wrong with it when I took it in to Arnold Rental!
