we had a few problems a week or so ago on 2 appliances.
the washer was leaking on the floor and the refrigerator stopped cooling and it was on a sunday,
well we did not know what to do so i went online for help and searched for a repair company.
i called 24 hour appliance they answered the phone live that i was shocked about on a sunday.
they were very polite asked what problem we had and i tried to give them information that would help, because i was worried all my food was going to spoil.
well they sent a man out and he was great, he found the problem with the refrigerator fast, and had it repaired in about an hour i was so happy,
and the price was very good,
then he looked at the washer and he also repaired that, i could not believe a company on a sunday would have the parts to repair them both but they did and i will refer them to all my friends, and family when they need service,
i am an older woman and i never had too many problems with appliances but i am sure happy i called them.
there is nothing worse to me when my refrigerator stopped, i don't know what i would have done,
the washer was older but he fixed it fast and i could do my clothes for my sick husband and that was a plus,
we live on a fixed income so price of course is important to us, so i was happy they were very fair in that department,
when i have another problem you can be sure i will call them to take care of it, that is for sure,.
i have no problems now but i know all things break down sooner or later even us, well i don't think they can fix that but i know they can do appliances.
