I'm not sure why others on here have written the reviews they have. Our school has used USA Bus Charter several times since 2005 and we have always received exceptional service. Their service is similar to that of Hotels (dot) com in that they don't own the hotels and USA Bus Charter does not own the buses, they make this perfectly clear in their contract. What they do for us is provide us with hassle free reservations and support and some of the best pricing around. Yes, if there is a problem they do get involved and try and rectify it but buses are mechanical and sometimes things happen. We've been fortunate that over the past 4 rentals we have had, the largest issue was a toilet that stopped working after a 4 day trip but was quickly repaired. USA Bus Charter is our one stop source for the best buses nationwide, thanks guys.
