DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their products are acceptable yet their customer service is abhorrent! Because of an insurance claim, we purchased new floors throughout our home. There was a problem right away with the hardwood flooring. The company owner, Tony Bosserman, wouldn't even come out to our house to view the floors and listen to our complaints for more than two years... he doesn't return phone calls and if he is spoken with, he is evasive and condescending. He now admits the floors are faulty and should be replaced, yet it has been FOUR YEARS and still no resolution. We have filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and Contractors State License Board and are pursuing litigation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
