After researching tons of insurance companies and agents for motorcycle insurance and feeling like a number, this is the only agency that had a human touch. I ended up moving my home and auto policies to them as well. Later, when I bought a new bike, it made sense to go with another company for that, but I'm keeping them for everything else. No hard sell, explaining every detail in layman's terms, excellent prices and coverage. Great for future planning and very receptive and helpful with changes in your needs. The first insurance agents I have actually liked. They make it all quite painless.
