I have had a similar bad experience as the others who have complained. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time. We check around for priced on shutters. The sales lady who made the appointment to give us a bid came 30 minutes late. She explained the types of blinds and shutters they had and told us that The Blind Man would match the price of any competitor for the same quality. They had good prices so we decided to go with them. The lady made an appointment go come back a measure the windows. She arrived 45 minutes late for that appointment. We paid our half down and were promised that the blinds would be ready in 2 ? to 3 weeks.\r
3 weeks later we get a call saying that they can come on Friday, the end of the week. 3 ? weeks after we ordered the blinds and install them. We would have to be home form 11:00 am to 1:00 pm to meet the installation guy. My wife changed her schedule so she could be home during that time. At 10:00 am I get a call at work saying that our blinds are not ready and the guys to make them do not work on Fridays so they can
