While the quality of the work is OK, the owner is rough and rude and unprofessional when dealing with clients and the price is beyond ridiculous (really--three times that of other firms). Sadly, the owner started out with a good idea years ago and now just wants to gouge people locally who don't know what a housecleaner or window washer should make. Me thinks she is laughing at Ithaca all the way to the bank. My husband did not ask for a quote up front and he nearly fainted when I told him what the final bill was.
