Had the most HORRENDOUS experience ever as a customer with George, a supervisor at this location, today. After berating me at the counter for having the ""nerve"" to ""ask them to take 5 minutes"" to track a package I mailed to my husband in Afghanistan, he ended up refusing to talk to me and walked away. Customer Service?? Clearly, not here. His demeanor was that of attempting to intimidate me with his glare and ""What did you come in here for"" questions - he was not amused when I refused to be intimidated. I will NEVER return to this location ... I will be driving past it as I go elsewhere to mail my packages so that I know they will get where I mail them ... and I suggest others do the same. Otherwise, be warned - George is NOT interested in customer service on any level.
