This is the one you should call. I read many reviews (and actually canceled an app't with another company after reading) and placed several phone calls inquiring about my 'vintage' 1950's wooden garage doors with springs. One company that had good reviews, told me that he could not guarantee that he would be able to find parts. I called Brookes Bros. and he was not only very knowledgable of the style, but also reassuring that he could repair them. On the day of service, he arrived early - much better than waiting around all day for a repair. After working with our problem, he did indeed repair the door.
This was in June; I waited a month to write the review to
make sure the job held up and it has just as I expected it
would.
