Michael is a godsend. I've used him for my business medical insurance and my daughter's personal policy. I'd be lost without all of his patient assistance.
I had grown tired of the wham bam thank you mam insurance agents who always forgot me once I signed an application. Michael is just the opposite. I hear from him every month with his newsletter and my annual birthday greeting. He's always been there to answer my questions, even the stupid ones.
I'd give him six stars if they'd let me. He's the best.
