I hired Crums Climate Control to install a new AC system. At the time they were advertising as one WFTV local experts. They did an ok job installing the new system, but did have to come back to correct some settings. The next year I was happy to have them come service the system, replace the air filter, etc. I figured this year would be the same but when they arrived they were completely unprepared. They refused to do any real service, even something as simple as clearing the drip line. When asked to clean the coils, they said it would cost an outrageous $650. That alone is not what has me writing now. The real issue is that they have become completely incompetent. I had to cancel a prepaid order for a new air filter because it took over 3 weeks, with weekly calls in between, before they finally told me they cannot get the filter...to a system they installed. A filter that I immediately purchased online for $20 less than they were charging. Look for another company.
