I found their customer service to be lacking. While the people were nice, they were not responsive and did not keep me informed as to the status of my car. I had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on, and sometimes there has been no answer (not even an answering machine). They promote the idea that you can check the status of your repair online, but I wasn't given a code to check my vehicle. When I finally got a code (after two weeks), it was either the wrong one or the service wasn't working (they couldn't figure out which). I'd also been told that the car would be ready by the top of the second week, then got a call in the middle of the second week saying it would be ready at the end of the week. When I called at the end of the week, I was told that my vehicle would be painted the following Monday. When I finally got to look at the pictures online, my car was nowhere near being painted and it took another week for it to be finished. All in all, it took 24 days to repair a very minor fender-bender. They were very responsive up until the time I dropped my car off for service, but after that they were basically been missing in action. I will not use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. more
