I didn't even want to give this place one start, but I had to. Let's see: I called a month in advance and asked to book an afternoon move. The woman on the phone assured me that they would be on time, because they had 2 teams of movers to avoid overlap. The day before, they pushed the move from 12 to 2. The day of the move, they pushed it from 2 to 4, then from 4 to 5, expecting me to be satisfied that they wouldn't charge me overtime after 5pm (not a discount since I wouldn't have had to pay OT at all if they'd been on time), but would still charge the minimum of THREE HOURS. Then, at 5:30, they called and said they couldn't come at all and would have to move me in the morning and acted like I was out of line for being upset...to the point of telling me that I would have to pay in cash up front because THEY didn't trust ME to pay. The following day, they were supposed to show up between 8 and 9. Didn't arrive until 10:15, 10:30. The owner knocked off $25 and only charged the 2-hour minimum: the least he could do. I would never, ever, ever use this company again. To them, the customer is always wrong. more
