I just bought a house in June with my husband and we were very excited to move in and start our fixer upper project. We knew moving in that we needed an updated air/heating system since the one on the roof was obviously old and an energy drain. I had contacted through a website from HGTV some heating and air conditioning contractors so that I could get some bids and pick a company I thought would be honest, do the job right and hopefully not cost us our life savings. \r

I was contacted by the owner of this company and he was very nice, we e-mailed and phoned back and forth trying to set up a time for him to come out. It seemed to me like he had to keep rescheduling. I work from home so I was here and ready to get my bids. After a while I kept thinking ""well I guess I just have to go with another company"" but then at 930 at night around the 4th of July the owner called me and said he would not be the cheapest bid but they do great work. I told him I was not only looking at price and would still like him to come out and do a bid. He then started talking to someone else and hung up on me. HE called me back and said he was talking with another client and had to disconnect but he would still come out the next day between 12pm and 2pm. I was painting my kitchen that day and at about 2pm was wondering why he didn't show up. I then checked my e-mails and found one from him saying he was not going to be in the ball park and was not going to come out after all. I was so irritated because we had never discussed my budget and he never even came out to see the system. I did describe it to him but I don't know anything about AC/Heating units so I thought he would at least come out and see it. Since he saw my bad review he has sent me no less then 4 e-mails saying he is sueing me because I didn't put down all of the details about how he called me late at night and was working so hard with other clients. Well it was nice to talk to him when he thought he was going to get business but it seems he has more important things to take care of.
