SCAM ARTIST: What a horrible, horrible place. Like everyone said, it takes forever to get through on the phone and this place sells scams. I only got the detox foot soak because it came with the groupon coupon and after I left I researched to find out it is a scam. (While you are soaking they make you listen to a boring, monotone sales pitch by the owner and he even mentions that groupon certificate holders do not get the same service as regular patients because they don't make any money. I guess the concept of impressing a new patient on their first visit is beyond their comprehension. I suggest you do the same. Then because they are only trying to sell, sell, sell, and then sell again I didn't get into the massage room until 10 min. past my start time. I asked the massage therapist whether I was still going to receive my full hour and she said she would have to check with the doctor. She came back and said they would not give me my full hour and I would have to reschedule because they could hold up the person after me. So I decided to leave instead of losing 15 min. and the doctor was so rude and unapologetic and said, ""If we went 10 min. over with every person we would be here until 9 PM."" I said it was not my fault they kept me starting my appointment on time. The owner suggested I leave and get a refund. That is exactly what I thankfully did. As soon as I got home and read the horrible reviews this place received I was so glad I do not have to ever go back there. There are way too many good, decent, non-scam artist, none-quack chiropractors out there. more
