While the weekly service itself was not poor, the service consistently failed to come at the scheduled time (which is an issue when one owns aggressive dogs). \r

The initial visit should have been a red flag as a sprinkler head was broken and the watering system which had worked *fine* prior to the visit was not working. Only after much wrangling did the owner come to fix it and stated it was ""very old and needed replacing"" (for several hundred dollars).\r

I chalked it up to misunderstanding and as the irrigation system worked fine after the finagling left it at that. As the weekly service was already we opted to put in new plants and as part our contract the plants were to be cared for in our weekly service.\r

Not only did I never end up with the lovely flowering garden that I had requested, but initially was sent an invoice for nearly twice the cost of what the estimate had been and 6 less plants over all. Additionally, stones were to be put in under one of our trees and they were installed everywhere *but* the area requested. (After several requests to move them we are just moving them ourselves.)\r

The coup de grace, was after multiple calls saying the plants were dying and being told they were ""fine"" - we were finally told it was the lack of irrigation and once more several hundred dollars later would it be fixed. However, after getting two second opinions it turns out the soil was never amended properly and we now have several dead plants, no garden and are out quite a bit of money. Despite these plants being ""warrantied"". We were told the fault was ours and no reimbursement or replacement would occur.
