After years of being a loyal client, they have expanded so fast that they can not keep up with the appointments. I was kept waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes and my procedure was scheduled incorrectly (this is not the first time this has happened!). I was rushed in and the procedure was performed so quickly there was no attention given to the extreme pain that was inflicted!
After over 10 years, I am taking my business elsewhere.
