DO NOT purchase an extended warranty from Best Buy! If they try to sell you the 'Accidental Damage from Handling' warranty DON'T-- They will tell you 'even if your kids spill a drink on a laptop they will cover or replace it--' well that's crap and they will find a way to keep from covering it! Steer clear of Best Buy!!! The warranty also states it but now they will not cover it! It doesn't have any exclusions on my paper work but they have another book at the store that's excluding it--go figure. Very disappointed!
