This place is hit or miss. I've had terrible service and I've had great service. The problem seems to be that they can't get a hold on their personnel issues. They can't keep a good aesthetician in the salon for more than a month. The cancelled three times on me, it's just so unprofessional.
Do not get a pedicure or manicure here, it's ridiculous and you'll get a better outcome for the money if you just go to one of the Asian places in the mall. My nails were cut uneven and not filed, cuticles weren't cleaned up either, it's simply ridiculous.
I was very happy with my brazillian waxes, however, like I said before, they can't keep the same person employed and the turn over started to give me a headache.
Which by the way brings me to the point that they try to sell you these ""savings"" packages by buying in bulk, but what good is it when you can't even get in to have the service performed (like I said, they cancelled on me 3 times). I feel jipped, like I gave them my money and now I'm obligated to keep seeing them, even though I don't want to.
I had a horrific experience with my haircut, but the owner of the salon helped by inviting me back to fix it. I'd have to say, she is the only reason I would ever go back. Such a sweet and caring person and she knows how to cut hair.
This place is mismanaged and needs an overhaul of it's staff if its ever to exceed and be the ""best"". I wish it luck, but unfortunately, I will NEVER go back as I like to have all my services performed in the same place for convenience. If they could just get a hold on their staff issues, they might have a chance.
