You should be knocked in the head if you still visit this ""boutique"" after reading this review. Joseph is the owner of this store and I have unfortunately had to give them service for two bridal parties I have been in recently. I have NEVER had an owner raise their voice at me and when I asked him to lower his voice...his response was to start SCREAMING at me. Both bridal parties have had months of mishap when dealing with purchasing dresses form this store. never was their communication when dresses were over 2 MONTHS late, perhaps the store ordered them late or they were playing dress-up with them in the back-room, no idea. Joseph treats his employees so poorly in front of customers that I can see why he treats his customers like ASS. He doesn't care for repeat business, if his customer leaves unhappy and he has mixed up payments on EVERY dress that I have been involved with the ordering of, meaning charges double when you already put down 80% (which is required at ordering time-ridiculous?!) We are currently still waiting for our dresses and hope that they come in time for the wedding, as Joseph could care less....over 2 months late and counting. Please go elsewhere if you don't want your bride to break out in hives or if you prefer to be spoken to with courtesy and appreciation for your business. Wish I could rate ZERO STARS, but I have to at least rate 1-undeserved star more
