I reserved a GA/GA sedan for a ride home from LAX at midnight, on a Tuesday night. I made this reservation a week in advance, and called both the main dispatch and my driver ""Norman"" to confirm the reservation on the morning of my reservation.\r

The service promises a curbside pickup within 5-7 minutes of your reservation/call. My plane was on time, and I called Norman the second we hit the curb at LAX. It was painfully obvious that I had just woke Norman up, and he came up with some lame excuse about getting stuck on the freeway (at midnight, on a Tuesday night), and he told me that it would be ""at least a half hour"" until he could be at LAX. Needless to say, this was completely unacceptable after a 6 hour flight, a week standing reservation, and two reminder calls. I took a cab home instead.\r

Bottom line,.....this is a rinky dink, tiny company that can not be relied on. Their drivers obviously can't even stay awake when they have a gig. If you are a business person that expects professional service, avoid this company.
