He has the worst phone etiquette, the nastiest attitude, will call you names and threaten to get you fired if he doesn't get the information he wants right then and there. I don't understand how he's staying in business. He doesn't deserve anyone's business. The only reason why he gets 1 star is b/c I can't choose zero.
