I contacted Colomb Services AC and Heating at 6 AM on the morning of July 14 and left a detailed message regarding problems with my A/C. 36 hours later, and they STILL have not returned my call. Upon a recommendation from a friend, we called Dennis McGregory as a ""backup,"" and he arrived within 4 hours, took care of the problem within 20 minutes, and was professional, courteous, efficient, and pleasant. Use Dennis McGregory for ALL your A/C problems!
