2/8/11\r

A group of us frequent the restaurant in Tequesta, at least, 12 times annually and aggregately spend well over $1,000.00. We experienced a rather unpleasant experience with the manager on 2/8/11. After ordering our meals, two members of the group noted there was very little sour cream with the fajita orders. When we requested more they quickly brought it out. The waiter service was good and so was the food. When we received our bill, there was an additional charge of $3.00. There was no prior notice given of the extra charge. When I questioned the manager, he said that's the way it was. We told him that we were year round residents and would not return if he was going to "nickel and dime" us. He had a attitude problem and said that not coming back was our choice. It was not the $3.00 because we would have added to the tip. As a result, the restaurant lost a number of customers. The manager won the battle, but loss the war.
