First off, this is the worst place to get your hair styled. Before I had any treatment done, I visited the shop and was told at any time, that if I was unhappy with my hair, that they would fix it. So I made an appointment to get my hair cut and colored. I told Lanna the owner, I wanted my hair BLOND. The salon is so dark inside that you can't tell what color your hair is after treatment. You think your hair is blonde, when in reality, it's NOT! I was willing to give them a second chance and made a second appt. 3 months later for cut and color. I was made to sit for 40 minutes, while Lanna colored and cut Miss Texas' hair along with a photographer for pics in a fancy magazine.I watched while Ms. Texas primped and posed in the mirror and Lanna fussed over her like a small child, all the while sitting to get waited on! Lanna could of at least called and told me to reschedule, because of all the time she spent with Ms. Texas. When Lanna got to my hair, she was shaky from not eating all day, hungry, distracted, interrupted many times, and was on her cell phone constantly.I felt like I was low man on the totem pole and getting inferior treatment. I told her I wanted my Hair color B L ON D , showed her the color, pictures, and even said I wanted my hair color to be like Ms. Texas. The cut came out nicely and I thought my hair was blond because of the bad lighting in the studio.Once I got home, my husband told me that my hair was brown and dark!!!!! I was upset!!! I called the next day and Lanna refused to correct the color and/ or to refund my money. She was nasty, unprofessional, and irrational. Don't waste your time or money with this Salon. more
