We will never do business with Tim Hogan again ( Lakeland Tim Hogan is a franchise business ) Few months earlier, the sales rep came to our home and we chose different carpet color for two seperate rooms. The carpet had been ordered and weeks later installers arrived at our home with same color for both rooms. When we mentioned about ordering two different colors the installer contacted the owner who came to our house and trying his best to say it was our fault they ordered same color for both rooms because that is what was written on the original order ( we did not write the order the sales rep was doing that ! ) The owner was about to write up addional charges to our original quoted price ( what we thought was two different colors ) to re-order the other color carpet and when I stated this was not our fault and if he planned to charge us for thier mistake then take his carpet and get out of my house, Only then did he state there would be no oher cost to us. The reason we will not do business with them again is the very poor attitude of the owner blaming us for THEIR MISTAKE and when the installer came out to place the re-ordered carpet in the other room, his attitude was like he did not want to be there installing the carpet and when completed there were shreds of loose carpet fibers all over the room ( which is normal after initial install ) but installer did not carry a vaccum on his truck ( at least that is what he told me ). I owned a vaccum yet he did not volunteer to use it for cleanup. That is equivelent to someone installing drywall and leaving drywall mud and dust on the floor and then saying were done ! Even if you have to pay a little more stay away from this store and wherever you purchase carpeting or flooring make sure what is expected of the installers for cleanup after installation ( generally installers are independant contractors ).\r
