The actual crew that showed up last week was awesome but they were totally unprepared for my move. Given that I had a 3 stop move (a neighbor's to deliver some furniture, a storage area and my new home) I knew that it would take some extra coordination. I tried calling 3 times in the week prior to the move. Not one phone call was returned. As a result the crew had no clue how to coordinate loading the truck for the multiple stops, did not have the necessary art/mirror or TV boxes which might have prevented the breakage of an antique mirror, and were unprepared to carry my piano up stairs, so it now sits in a garage. Since the move I have called Rose City Moving twice regarding the mirror and getting the piano into the house but those calls have also gone unaswered. In hindsight I wish I had called another company after my first call went unanswered. I would not recommend this company though the acutal crew guys could not have been nicer and did the very best they could under the circumstances.
