These apartments are small and very hard on a family with kids. No play area, pool, toys etc. Maintenance is unprofessional and ignores problems that are major while they go nuts manicuring the lawn. Management enforces what they want, depending on the mood that strikes them, like the parking rules. Dangerous because cars are allowed to park outside parking zones making it hard to see oncoming traffic. Teens are allowed to freely skateboard or scooter in the road at will. People also have been seen repairing cars in front of there garages. The laundry room is nice, and they have a small exercise room however...My advice is...keep looking.
