I fell in love with a Relics crib and dresser at a local furniture store, but it sold before I could purchase it. The store was kind enough to order the two pieces and told me it would take three months for them to make it, at the most. Since we ordered the furniture in April, Relics has been extremely slow to return phone calls or emails from the store, they have given us several ship dates that have came and went, and now Relics is blaming the slow process on the heat. It is very disheartening that a company would charge so much and offer the store such low grade customer service. I chose Relics because wanted to avoid the big chains. I just hope I get my furniture gets here before the baby arrives! more
