My boyfriend and I went there at lunch to buy a bistro set, so we were in a bit of a hurry. We went straight to customer service, fully knowing what we wanted. The lady behind the counter did not bother to ring us up, but pointed to a dept far across the store, where we were then ignored. So we went back to customer service, asked to just purchase the stuff so we could go, but no, she paged another fella, who didn't show up, so we left. I ordered a bistro set on line. Sad, I want to support local business, but folks need to step and HELP the customer. I won't go back.
