I have had horrible experiences with this place. For starters, if you ever ask them for a price estimate on ANYTHING be sure you get it in writing because when the time comes to buy something suddenly it's twice the price they quoted you - and when you say 'no the first price you told me was ---' they respond with 'do you have that in writing?'. At first they seem so pleasant and helpful, but then you see their true colors. They only want your money!! When I put a deposit check down for my dress, I asked them to wait to cash it until I saw a sketch of what the dress was going to look like (as we were making customizations to it from the designer). They agreed to this and called me consistently giving me updates etc, but then they cashed the check (BEFORE I SAW A SKETCH OF THE DRESS) and I never received call backs from them - they ignored me and my mother etc. It took them over a month after they cashed my check to order the dress. When the dress came in we got measured for alterations there, which ended up being way more expensive than what they told me originally - especially considering the dress fit perfectly. I asked them to let me think about it and I'll tell them in a couple days whether I wanted them to go through with the alterations or not - all of a sudden I turn around and find the seamstress taking out the pins to mark the alterations to make. I asked, ""What are you doing?"" and she responded with ""You are taking the dress home."" So we did and I will NEVER go back there - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
