I've attended a birthday party at the Jump Planet recently. Although my kids had fun, I was disappointed with significant layer of dust on top of the inflatable toys. Also when I used the drinking fountain, it was disgusting - lots of grime. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The business is housed inside a warehouse. The walls were bleak & definitely could use bright cheerful colors & decorations kids may find appealing. Overall, good idea, but poorly organized & dirty. If it was my business, I would invest a lot more energy into it.
